LOVME Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing LOVME! We are a UK-based company specializing in premium wigs and ship directly to customers in the United States. Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures, timelines, and fees.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that custom-made or bespoke wigs may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the USA.
We partner with reliable international carriers such as USPS, DHL, and UPS to deliver your order. The specific carrier and service level will be selected based on efficiency and cost at our discretion.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
The estimated delivery timelines from the date of shipment are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable promotions will be applied before you complete your purchase.
5. Import Duties, Taxes, & Customs
Important: As your order is shipped from the United Kingdom, it is considered an international import into the United States.
LOVME is NOT responsible for any import duties, taxes (including state sales tax where applicable), or customs clearance fees levied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
These charges are the recipient's sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
While rare, your package may be held by customs for inspection, which can cause additional delays. We cannot influence this process.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Failed Deliveries: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages: LOVME is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us immediately, and we will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
7. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at tuandattran954@gmail.com. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
