LOVME Payment Policy

Thank you for shopping at LOVME. This Payment Policy outlines the terms governing all transactions made through our Shopify store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods for orders shipped to the United States:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • Shopify Pay: For a faster checkout experience.

  • PayPal: Processed through your PayPal account.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its integrated partners. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details at any time.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • Transaction Currency: All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for your convenience.

  • Billing Currency: Please note that as our company is based in the United Kingdom, your bank or card issuer will ultimately process the transaction in British Pounds (GBP), based on their applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

  • Final Charge: The final amount charged to your payment method in your local currency may therefore vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and any international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution. LOVME is not responsible for these differences.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. We utilize industry-standard encryption and comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) through our payment processors to ensure your information is protected.

4. Payment Authorization & Order Confirmation

  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including product cost, shipping, and any applicable taxes) to your selected payment method.

  • Your order is not confirmed until we receive authorization from your payment provider and send you an Order Confirmation email to tuandattran954@gmail.com.

  • In the event that your payment method is declined, we will be unable to process your order. You will need to provide an alternative valid payment method to complete the purchase.

5. Billing Information Verification

To prevent fraud, the billing address you provide must match the address on file with your payment method (AVS - Address Verification System). We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails this security check or appears suspicious. You may be contacted for additional verification.

6. Failed or Delayed Payments

If a payment fails or is delayed, we will notify you via email and your order will be placed on hold. We may attempt to reprocess the payment. If unsuccessful after [e.g., 3 business days], the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Refunds & Payment Disputes

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution. As refunds are processed from the UK in GBP, the final USD amount credited may be subject to exchange rate changes.

  • We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at tuandattran954@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the permanent closure of your account and legal action to recover costs.
