LOVME Returns & Exchange Policy
Our Promise
At LOVME, your confidence and satisfaction are our priority. We stand behind the quality of our wigs. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for customers in the United States.
1. Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed wigs within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, saleable condition with all protective netting, original tags, and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any wigs that have been tried on directly on the hair or have visible signs of use.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Wigs that have been worn, cut, colored, heat-styled, or otherwise altered.
Custom or bespoke wigs made to specific customer measurements or color blends.
Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a final sale discount.
3. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email us first at tuandattran954@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Do not ship your return to our UK billing address. We will provide you with a dedicated US return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Ship Your Package
Securely repackage the wig in its original packaging.
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the US address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. LOVME is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please note that as your order was billed in GBP from the UK (Exchange Road, Lincoln, LN6 3TR), the refund amount in USD may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between the processing and refund dates.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability for your desired style or color.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and any price difference for the new item. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement to you in the US.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us at tuandattran954@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
