Welcome to the LOVME help center. Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions from customers in the United States.


A. Orders & Shipping

1. Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in the United Kingdom. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to the USA typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Yes, possibly. As your order is an international shipment from the UK to the USA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection may apply import duties, taxes, and customs fees. LOVME does not cover these charges. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your product or shipping cost. The carrier may collect these fees upon delivery.

3. I entered a wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately at tuandattran954@gmail.com with your order number. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

B. Products & Sizing

4. Are LOVME wigs made from real human hair?
We offer a range of high-quality synthetic and human hair blend wigs. The fiber type is clearly stated in each product description. Our synthetic fibers are designed to be heat-friendly (up to a specified temperature) and look incredibly natural.

5. How do I choose the right cap size?
Please refer to the “Size Guide” tab on each product page for detailed measurements. We provide charts for cap circumference and construction details. Most of our wigs feature adjustable straps for a secure, custom fit.

6. The color looks different in person than online. Can I return it?
We make every effort to accurately represent our colors. However, due to screen calibrations and lighting, slight variations may occur. Color discrepancy is not considered a defect. For the most accurate expectation, please read customer reviews with photos.

C. Payments & Pricing

7. What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). However, as we are a UK company, your bank or card issuer will convert the final charge into your local currency based on their exchange rate. You may see a line item from “LOVME, UK” on your statement.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify.

D. Returns, Exchanges & Care

9. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges for unworn, unaltered wigs in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene, we cannot accept wigs that have been tried on directly on hair, cut, or styled. Please see our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
To start a return, you must first email us at tuandattran954@gmail.com to receive a US return address and authorization.

10. How do I care for my wig?
Always check the care label included with your wig. General tips:

  • Use wide-tooth combs or fingers to detangle, starting from the ends.

  • Wash gently with cool water and wig-specific shampoo/conditioner.

  • Air dry on a wig stand. For heat-friendly fibers, use low heat settings.

  • Store on a wig stand or in its original netting when not in use.
